Welcome to the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee

The UCC consists of 12 faculty members elected by the faculty, one student selected by the Student Government Association; the University Librarian and the registrar. The Provost is an ex officio member of the committee.

The committee

• reports to the faculty Senate or to the Provost as appropriate;
• recommends changes in the undergraduate curriculum;
• recommends priorities for the development of the undergraduate curriculum;
• makes recommendations concerning the adoption and termination of undergraduate degree programs.

We hope that the information found here will be helpful to faculty and administration when creating new courses or programs or making changes to existing courses or programs.
